This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

This is a promotional image of the band that was sent out in promotion of their final album Nobody Can Take What Everybody Owns. As such, it falls within the guidelines of the license terms above.
