Wavrans-sur-l’Aa is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais département in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France.

A farming village located 8 miles (13km) southwest of Saint-Omer, at the D192 and D225 road junction, on the banks of the river Aa. It’s home to a site of great ecological interest, which justified the creation of a voluntary nature reserve, now a regional nature reserve and due to become a national reserve in 2008[1]
