The article states that it may be the only college to operate both a commerical radio and TV station. First issue is I really doubt this is a commercial radio station. While it is on the AM band (which doesn't have a non-commercial section like FM due to the history of the way radio evolved in the US), the ownership application says the owner (the school) is a not-for-profit corporation. Perhaps that was a typo and the intention was "non-commercial".

Secondly, the claim itself is erroneous - Hofstra University on Long Island, NY comes to mind of another... (unless a distinction is being made between a college and a university)... Speculation about exclusivity is "original research" and is inappropriate in Wikpidia which is probably why the article is already flagged - just because the author doesn't know that something exists doesn't prove it doesn't exist.StreamingRadioGuide (talk) 01:27, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

No reason to leave this original research, It's been removed. If it can be coorborated with verifiable 3rd party references then it can be added back. Cleaned it up a bit, removed some redudnt information, also removed some conflicting information and added some very basic references. It still needs much work.--Rtphokie (talk) 02:46, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
