Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is the public school board for the Region of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. It operates 98 elementary schools, 16 secondary schools, and other facilities, serving 60,000 students plus 27,000 continuing education students.

WRDSB is the largest employer in Waterloo Region with approximately 3,200 teachers and 1,800 support staff members. Its offices are on Ardelt Avenue in Kitchener, visible from the intersection of Ottawa Street and Homer Watson Boulevard. From 1969 through 1997 it was known as the Waterloo County Board of Education.

The board serves Waterloo Region, which consists of the cities of Kitchener, Cambridge, and Waterloo, and the townships of Wellesley, Woolwich, Wilmot, and North Dumfries. Within the townships, WRDSB operates schools in the communities of Ayr, Baden, Breslau, Conestogo, Elmira, Linwood, New Dundee, New Hamburg, St. Jacobs, and Wellesley.

It is run independently of the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, which operates the Catholic schools in Waterloo Region.

Bill Gerth led the WRDSB as director of education from 2003 until his death in an automobile accident on December 22, 2006.
