Waterloo High School is a high school located in Waterloo, New York, USA. It holds about 800 students from Grades 9 - 12 and teaches according to the Board of Regents.

In January 2006, construction was completed on a new school, located on the western wing of the old building. This new wing now houses the High School, while the old high school houses the Middle School starting in September.
