Water Lou

Water Lou (εŠ‰ζ™Ίε‰) is a Hong Kong software programmer graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He developed the first PDA software, CHOS to enable the reading of Chinese in Palm's PDA in the around 1998 and marked the beginning of PDA culture in Hong Kong and Taiwan in late 1990s.

He is also the developer of Expression, a vector-based drawing software later sold to Fractal Design Corporation, a former owner of Painter. Expression is currently owned by Microsoft.
