Watch Out! is the second album released by the post-hardcore band Alexisonfire. It was released on June 29, 2004. It was certified platinum in Canada in April 2007.[1] The cover art for this album is based on the lyrics from "That Girl Possessed", and was illustrated by Justin Winstanley, a tattoo artist who has done many of Dallas Green's tattoos.[citation needed]
This album is said to be more structured than their debut CD, and features a lot more vocal contributions from guitarist Dallas Green.{[cn}}
The tracks on this album cover a variety of subjects. "'Hey, It's Your Funeral Mama'" is about go-karting, and "White Devil" is about cocaine and why people do it to fit in or be cool. "That Girl Possessed" is mainly about Linda Blair from The Exorcist, what she experienced during her possession. "It Was Fear of Myself That Made Me Odd", parts of "No Transitory" and "Happiness by The Kilowatt" are (loosely) based on short stories by Kurt Vonnegut. They can be found in the book "Welcome to the Monkey House", but he does not receive credit in the liner notes.
