Watarase Keikoku Railway Watarase Keikoku Line
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Watarase Keikoku Line (わたらせ渓谷線 Watarase Keikoku-sen?, "Warase Valley Line") is Japanese railway line between Kiryū Station, Kiryū and Matō Station, Nikkō. This is the only railway line Watarase Keikoku Railway (わたらせ渓谷鐵道 Watarase Keikoku Tetsudō?) operates. The company or its line is also known as Watakei (わた渓?) or Watetsu (わ鐵?). The third sector company took the former JR East line in 1989. As the name suggests, the line runs along the valley of Watarase River.
