[edit] Speedy deletion of Greenhouse Nursing Home

A tag has been placed on Greenhouse Nursing Home, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ukexpat (talk) 15:55, 9 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Ralph Sperry, Ph.D.

I have nominated Ralph Sperry, Ph.D., an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ralph Sperry, Ph.D.. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. [edit] Your renewed question on my talk page

Thank you for your renewed question on my talk page. I will respond in full a little later today however in the meantime - please note I have struck out the comments by user:Igorberger - he has not been requested to answer questions on my behalf (and will be requested not to do so), he is a junior editor on wikipedia and probably does not understand the etiquette of allowing people to answer their own questions. --VS talk 22:33, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Hi I've looked again at your questions regarding this matter on my talk page. I think my best answer is to suggest that you open up a special sandbox page to attempt recreation of the article. If you do create there you will be able to keep it for a short period of time and try to get it to a stage where other editors - preferably senior ones! - will be able to tell you whether it is safe to bring it back to mainspace. Please understand that bringing it back before it is ready can be considered disruption. If you want help with the process of setting up a recreation page please let me know at any time. Best wishes--VS talk 22:29, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] User:Waterwindsail/Sandbox

Hi there - have had a quick look and appreciate the work you have completed so far. I have the following suggestion. Please write to all of the editors who opposed or supported the page at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ralph Sperry, Ph.D. and ask them for their input on the newly created version on sandbox talk page. This will give you a very good litmus test on what established editors say now and some valid pointers to adjust your article (or trash it if it isn't salvageable). Please make sure that you provide a direct link to the sandbox so that it is easily found. You can go to the link I have provided for you at the AfD to see who was a party to the discussion. I suggest that if you ask politely and give them a few days most if not all will be supportive. If you need any further help let me know.--VS talk 06:50, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

  • I would appreciate it if you contacted me to detail how this sandbox article is being adjusted as soon as possible, else, unfortunately I will have to look at having it deleted. Please come back to me on my talk page. Best wishes. --VS talk 07:30, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
