[edit] Gerald Bryce Ferguson Smyth article
Hi. Just a quick note regarding the Gerald Bryce Ferguson Smyth/Gerard Bryce Ferguson Smyth articles. Instead of creating a new article and pasting the old article in, the old page should be moved, as that keeps the article history. If you can db-author the new page, and then move the old page to the correct title, that would work. FlowerpotmaN·(t) 00:44, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
- Hi again. As I'm up late anyway, I have asked for the Gerald Bryce Ferguson Smyth to be deleted, so I can move the other page there to keep the page history. Cheers FlowerpotmaN·(t) 01:02, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Date formats
Hi. Could I ask that you stop removing the comma from dates in various articles? (I'm referring to recent edits of biographical articles about LDS Church apostles, specifically.) For users that choose to adopt the "month day, year" formatting in date presentation as opposed to the usual "day month year", the commas are necessary. If you opt for the "day month year" formatting (which I do), the comma will automatically be excluded. But please leave them in for those who like the other format. Thanks!
