[edit] Extraordinary
This article doesn't yet really explain what is extraordinary about this discovery. The drama of the discovery is worth mentioning too. I'm so dull, I can't even remember what the -cephaly term for "cabbage-headedness" in plants is, which ought to be linked. Wetman 02:10, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- What is extraordinary (or important, at least) is that this is the oldest known tree. Right? As for drama, I'm not sure what you propose, but wikipedia, as I understand it, doesn't aim to be dramatic in the way that many popular science articles/films/etc are. Certainly not to the point where the drama overshadows what was actually discovered. Kingdon 19:59, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

- What reliable published sources would you cite for the 'drama'? -- Donald Albury 11:34, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
