If someone could add better and more recent figures on investment and financing, that would be much appreciated. The infrastructure barometer by the Development Bank of South Africa (link at the end of the article) contains a wealth of information on the sector. It would be great if someone could go through it and improve the article further based on its content.--Mschiffler 20:32, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
