Waste of MFZB is an album by Zebrahead only released in Japan. These songs were recorded during the sessions for previous album MFZB but were not used on the final album track listing. The song "Lightning Rod" was previously featured on the single for "Rescue Me", from the MFZB album. There, it was titled "Outcast."
The album name, confusingly enough, appears to be a combination of their previous albums Waste of Mind and MFZB, though it probably simply refers to the "waste" (extra songs) of the "MFZB" album.
