Washington Township is one of thirteen townships in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 2,473.

Washington Township covers an area of about 27 square miles and contains the unincorporated towns of Americus, Buck Creek, and Colburn. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Americus, Cunningham, Hollywood and North Union.
