[edit] Route description

SR 270's western terminus is at U.S. Route 195 west of Pullman. It travels through the city streets onto a one-way couplet ending on Main Street, heading east. During this time, it intersects with its parent, State Route 27. SR 270 then goes by Washington State University. After going through agricultural fields and by the Pullman-Moscow Airport, SR 270 ends at the Idaho state line, which is synonymous with the Moscow city limits.

[edit] Recent developments

SR 270 has been widened to four lanes east of the city of Pullman. A bypass is also proposed around the northern half of Pullman as SR 276.

[edit] Major intersections

The entire route is in Whitman County.
