State Route 21, also known as SR 21, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington. It extends from State Route 260 in the tiny town of Kahlotus north to the Canadian border, where it becomes Highway 41. SR 21 is 191.34 miles long.

The ferry Martha S. connects northern and southern segments of the highway across the Columbia River at Franklin D. Roosevelt Lake.

Prior to 1964, SR 21 was designated Secondary State Highway 4B between Odessa and Wilbur; Primary State Highway 4 between Wilbur and Republic; and Secondary State Highway 4A between Republic and the border.
