State Route 181 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington. It is 6.05 miles long, and runs from State Route 516 in Kent in the south to Interstate 405 in Tukwila in the north. It no longer connects to its parent route, State Route 18.
When it was first formed in the 1964 state highway renumbering, SR 181 was much longer, connecting SR 18 in Auburn to the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr Way (then a portion of SR 900) and Boeing Access Road in south Seattle. It was truncated in several sections; the final section to be decommissioned was between Auburn and Kent in 1992, leaving SR 181 at its current termini.
