State Route 128 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington, running from U.S. Route 12 in Clarkston then going north and then east to Idaho

The original route of SR 128 was from Pomeroy to Clarkston, ending at its current western end. It was decommissioned and switched in 1992.

Before 1964, the Original 128 was SSH 3K.
