State Route 122 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington, looping U.S. Route 12 from Silver Creek to Mossyrock.

Before 1967, SR 122 ran from U.S. Route 830 in Lyle to U.S. Route 97 in Goldendale. It is now SR 142.
