State Route 108 near its western terminus near
McCleary
State Route 108 goes from State Route 8 in McCleary, Washington to U.S. Route 101 south of Shelton. Its purpose is to allow a shortcut for travelers who are traveling from Aberdeen, Washington to Shelton, Sequim, Port Angeles, Washington, or Bremerton, Washington. This is especially helpful as the interchange between US 101 and State Route 8 involves exiting the freeway and turning around. The road begins by snaking through the McCleary city streets, and then goes through the timber forest. It then ends at US 101 near Kamiliche.
