A wash bottle is a squeeze bottle with a nozzle, usually used to rinse various pieces of laboratory glassware, such as test tubes and round bottom flasks.
Usually, wash bottles are filled with deionized water. Wash bottles may also be filled with detergent solutions and rinse solvents such as acetone and ethanol.
