[edit] My "Sockpuppets"

  • I have "sockpuppets," or should I say "alleged sockpuppets" ---> [4]

[edit] My 'Wiki-prophecy'

  • On the 20th of June 2007 I made the observation that there was a 'movement' of sorts currently underway here on Wikipedia to make this website "Judenfrei," i.e. to delete tons of information about Jews and Judaism from this encyclopedia even though this information is entirely valid, factual, and encyclopedic [5]. Well, shortly thereafter numerous categories dealing with Jews were nominated for deletion or were deleted, including Category:Jewish American journalists [6], Category:Jewish American comedians [7], Category:Jewish film directors [8], List of Jewish Fellows of the Royal Society [9], Category:Jewish lawyers [10], Category:Converts from Judaism [11], Category:Jewish American actors [12], and probably a few others that I have yet to notice. These mass deletions of valid information from Wikipedia are a despicable, disgusting, and shocking attempt to deprive the public of factual and free information; it is an egregious act of censorship and I urge everyone to be wary of these so-called "deletionists" that seem to take great pleasure in reducing the usefulness, scope, and breadth of Wikipedia solely because they personally dislike such categories and lists. Also, please note that these censorious editing activities aren't solely confined to Jewish categories/lists, but many other religious and ethnic categories as well (i.e. Category:American actors by ethnicity, Category:People by former religion, etc).

[edit] On Wikipedia's Categories

Categories are very important to me here on Wikipedia. Categories are in many respects the backbone of this encyclopedia, and the rampant/irrational deletion of valid/factual categories from this encyclopedia is damaging the overall progress of this project. Also, as you will notice from this diagram, so-called "circular categorization" is not really a problem here on Wikipedia because overcategorization is always better than undercategorization.
