[edit] Bret Boone
Can I see his latest photo? And why couldn't Boone have given back Langerhans #29 in the last couple of days? --Street20 (talk) 05:52, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- Both photos are on Yahoo. Boone is from Sunday, and Langerhans is from Tuesday. Right now there's no way you can assume anything. JustSomeRandomGuy32 (talk) 05:57, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

- none of the other 'normal' numbers ending in 9 are available... unless he took the bench coach's #39... but there is absolutely no evidence of that... (and there is a photo from 2 weeks ago and he's got #29 for sure then.) JustSomeRandomGuy32 (talk) 06:03, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

- Yankees officially list a player and a coach with #60 at the moment... you have spring training instructors wearing #s they had as players... even though new players have the # currently... so who's knows... (spring training #s are unofficial anyways) JustSomeRandomGuy32 (talk) 06:11, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- Number is blank on MLB.-DANO- (talk) 22:11, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

- Because he's been that way since being invited to the major league spring training - and has been pictured wearing #29. Turns out a number can be worn by more than one person during spring training. JustSomeRandomGuy32 (talk) 03:30, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Do you have a source for that or are you just assuming? --Street20 (talk) 04:42, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
