I removed the following because it was uncited, and I couldn't find anything at WSDOT relating to it.

WSDOT is also planning to upgrade the existing interchange with Interstate 5. The first phase will involve reconstructing the current four ramp Diamond interchange to a single urban point interchange, therefore moving all turning movements to one signal instead of two.[citation needed]
