Should it be called Washington Monuments (world) when they are only in the U.S. ? I suggest the title "Washington Monuments"
- Since this is a list, shouldn't the article's title be "List of Washington Monuments" to conform with similar articles on Wikipedia? --dm (talk) 21:36, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Why is this page called "world"?
I don't see anything there outside the US. I know some people think the US *is* the world, but surely it's a bit inaccurate? --211.30.246.249 08:38, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] First monument
Why is the Baltimore monument listed as being first when it was completed in 1829, when the one in Washington County was completed in 1827, two years prior? See the Washington_Monument_(Baltimore) and Washington_Monument_(Washington_County) respectively. Yes, the Baltimore one was started first. I don't find that justification really acceptable, though.
