Warisguda or Warasiguda is one of the suburbs in Hyderabad, India.

It is mainly a residential area. It is very close to Osmania University campus.

Warisguda is wrongly spelt as Warasiguda. Actually its breakup of name WARIS (The landlord who sold the area to different parties) and GUDA for a populated place. This place comes under Chilkalguda Police Station.

It is alleged that a house in this area is haunted, this might be some superstition of the people of this area but the house has not disposed for many years, there might be other reasons but it is used as garbage dump.

There are many shops which cater to all the needs of the people. It has got Two Bakeries, MGM and Bobby. MGM Bakery is the oldest continuous shopping establishment for this place. It has got 5-8 Medical shops, 3-5 sweet meat shops, Watch Repairs, Internet Cafes.

Mumtaz Hotel caters Tea and Hyderabadi biryani. During Ramzan it is dotted by haleem Joints along with Kausar Masjid, the big mosque of this place.

Shola hotel lane houses a famous Pani Puri Joint. It is famous for hot pani puri unlike the normal pani puri, the puri is filled with hot daal before serving. It has got fancy shops such as Pick n Pack opposite SBH. The famous sridevi hospital is also under it.

The APSRTC buses connects Warisguda with all parts of the city. 86 Bus Route which shuttles mainly between secunderabd and koti. 107v Bus Route mainly shuttles between Secunderabad and Dilsukhnagar. There are minor bus routes which have different destinations.

The closest MMTS Train station is at Jamia Osmania, Arts College
