Warren Waterfront Historic District is an historical district in Warren, Rhode Island.

The district stretches from the Warren River, and Belcher Cove, to the old town line (includes Main St. to Campbell St.), and contains many excellent examples of Late Victorian, Mid 19th Century Revival, Late 19th And 20th Century Revivals, and it was added 1974 as district #74000035 to the National Historic Register.
