Warren Township is one of twelve townships in Warren County, Indiana, USA. It was one of the original four created when the county was organized in 1827. As of the 2000 census, its population was 754.

Warren Township covers an area of 36.42 square miles (94.33 square kilometers); of this, 0.5 square miles (1.3 square kilometers) or 1.38 percent is water. Kates Pond is in this township, and the streams of Dry Branch, Kickapoo Creek, Little Pine Creek, Middle Branch and West Fork Kickapoo Creek run through it.
