Not to be confused with Glacial River Warren.
The Warren River is a tidal river in the U.S. state of Rhode Island. It flows approximately 6.5 km (4 mi). There are no dams along the river's length.

The river begins at the confluence of the Barrington River and the Palmer River. From there it flows due south between the towns of Barrington and Warren to its confluence with the Providence River to form Narragansett Bay.

There are no crossings over the Warren River due to its expansive width.

The Warren River's only tributaries are the two rivers that combine to form it.
