Warren Harper (c. 1932July 24, 1997) was an American football coach. Harper's coaching career began on the high school level in Texas, where he coached at Sherman and Amarillo. He was head coach at University of Texas at El Paso from 1963 to 1964. He was an assistant at Oklahoma from 1968 to 1981, coaching such linebacking greats as Rod Shoate, George Cumby and Darryl Hunt.
