Located in Warren, Pennsylvania, Warren Area High School (WAHS) was built in the 1960's. Located in Warren County, Pennsylvania the school has 956 students. WAHS mascot is a dragon. Sports that are interscholastic are wrestling, football, boys and girls swimming, soccer, and basketball, softball, baseball, girls volleyball, cross country, and track and field. The athletics participate in District 10 and Region 4 in Northeastern Pennsylvania. There is also Warren County Career Center located on the WAHS campus.
This school was established long before 1960. The current campus was built in 1960. The predecessor graduated its last class that year. Its third story was condemned as a fire hazard in 1928 and restored to functioning in 1959.
