Can I put a photo of someone who is dead on Wikipedia? I cannot take a photo so I am going to have to borrow one.

If you can get the photographer to release the photo under an appropriate licence, then no worries. If you can't, then no, unless you can justify making a claim under "fair use"; read Wikipedia:Non-free content for more information. Hesperian 23:37, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
