[edit] Record labels
It's good to see your work on record labels! Keep up the good work. Feel free to ask on my talk page if you have any questions I might help with. Cheers, -- Infrogmation 17:38, 24 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Bang Records
Hi. There is no content to Bang Records beyond a link. It has been tagged for speedy deletion. Is there any more information you can add to save it from deletion? - Tεxτurε 17:16, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] ARC
Hi. Note that the American Record Company and the American Record Corporation were not the same entity! The second one is the famous ARC. Cheers, -- Infrogmation 00:45, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Yet another hi!
May I again suggest that you sneak a peek over at the manual of style? Thanks. - Lucky 6.9 21:59, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Record Labels
Hi Warpozio - I note you're adding quite a few new entries on record labels. When you contribute one, could you please include the text at the end of the article? This will make sure that the article is grouped in with other labels under Category:Record labels. Cheers! --Rlandmann 22:15, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Please don't create substubs
Just a polite reminder not to create substubs. It's much better for Wikipedia if you create normal stubs instead. While substubs shouldn't be deleted once they are created (unless they are patent nonsense or vandalism), they shouldn't be created in the first place. I especially mean your articles about record labels. Mike∞Storm 22:36, 27 Aug 2004 (UTC)
- I agree. Warpozio, your works are very much welcomed and appreciated, but they need more substance. Your entry for Kama Sutra Records is a good example of how to do it right. You should consider a formula that includes the year of the labels' founding, the founding members, important acts, mergers, etc. Remember, this is a reference work and the more you add, the more your articles can help others. Keep up the good work, and don't be afraid to leave a note on my talk page. It's my pleasure to help you. Best, Lucky 6.9 21:01, 30 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Verb tenses
Hey, War. Whazzup?
Thought I'd drop you a line to say that your record label articles are looking much better. Very interesting stuff given the fact I work in broadcasting. One minor problem: Your verb tenses are backwards. You've been using present-tense verbs to describe past events. Minor quibble, and I'm sure you'll be more careful in the future. Keep those articles coming! - Lucky 6.9 21:57, 1 Sep 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Storyville records
Was there a problem with the page I added yesterday? I am a new user and noticed that you have removed the text. Skuma Ironsides 13:08, 13 Oct 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Inter-language wiki links
Hi. I notice you removed the interwiki link to the Japanese version on the King Records article. As the Japanese link seems to work (as far as I can tell not knowing that language), I put it back. I'll guess that was just an accident while you were editing the article; if there is a reason to remove the link, please mention the reason on talk. Cheers, -- Infrogmation 22:56, 14 Oct 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Canaan
Hi. You added the text "Canaan Records is a subsidiary of Word Records, started in the sixties." to The Winner Records. As far as I know, this isn't relevent, and your text doesn't say how Canaan is connected to The Winner. I'm guessing you accidentally put this in the wrong place? I took that sentence out of the article; if I was wrong, let me know. Best wishes, -- Infrogmation 17:05, 27 Nov 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Pye Records
I'm curious as to why you chose to remove the info re: Petula Clark I added to this entry. As important as she was to the label, omitting any mention of her seems strange. I have not only returned the info to the Pye entry, but have enhanced your entry to Polygon Records, as well, since there wasn't much data there. I hope you don't mind! TOM 17:19, Nov 27, 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Image adjustments
Hi. When rearranging images and updating markup to our more current wiki syntax, please be careful not to loose the captions explaining what the images are! Thanks, -- Infrogmation 01:57, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
[edit] The Humungous Image Tagging Project
Hi. You've helped with the Wikipedia:WikiProject Wiki Syntax, so I thought it worth alerting you to the latest and greatest of Wikipedia fixing project, User:Yann/Untagged Images, which is seeking to put copyright tags on all of the untagged images. There are probably, oh, thirty thousand or so to do (he said, reaching into the air for a large figure). But hey: they're images ... you'll get to see lots of random pretty pictures. That must be better than looking for at at and the the, non? You know you'll love it. best wishes --Tagishsimon (talk)
[edit] Article Licensing
Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 1000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:
- Multi-Licensing FAQ - Lots of questions answered
- Multi-Licensing Guide
- Free the Rambot Articles Project
To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:
- Option 1
- I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
- DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual
OR
- Option 2
- I agree to multi-license all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below:
- DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual
Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" with "MultiLicensePD". If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. Please let me know what you think at my talk page. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- Ram-Man (comment| talk)
[edit] A&M spam
I see you've been cleaning up the format of the external links to the A&M site added by the anon. I think the links should be deleted altogether. All the anon has done is to write a plug for the site and then slap on links to the site's main page. The anon is putting the links in articles for artists whose tangential connection with A&M is long over with; the link is always to the site's main page, not to anything about the artist (at least in the ones I've seen so far); and we don't let a description of an external link include a paragraph plugging the site. There's no reason to keep any of this junk. JamesMLane 18:37, 27 Jan 2005 (UTC)
I was planning to delete the spam links and I just wanted to let you know that you shouldn't waste your time fixing the format. I had to sign off before doing more than a few, though, and when I came back I saw that you'd eliminated the rest of them. Thanks, good work! I left in the one at the A&M Records article but without the puffery. JamesMLane 18:36, 28 Jan 2005 (UTC)
The A&M spammer is back, only this time he seems to have taken to heart a comment I made to him last time. Instead of just slapping on a generic link to his home page, he's tailoring the links to the subjects of the articles. He's still creating some problems. Of the ones I looked at, his addition to Carpenters messed up the previous link, and Word Records had no "External links" section so he made it "See also". I've fixed those. Overall, though, I'm inclined to leave these links in, if the others are like the two I checked. You've done a lot of work on these articles, though, so I wanted to see what you think about it. JamesMLane 18:36, 1 Feb 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Don't copy a page to move it
Hi Warpozio,
When you need to move a page, please don't just copy the contents to the new page title, as you did with Seraphin Records → Seraphim Records. Instead, use the "move" tab, which appears next to the "edit this page" tab at the top of the screen.
Thanks, dbenbenn | talk 12:51, 29 Jan 2005 (UTC)
[edit] lots of edits, not an admin
Hi - I made a list of users who've been around long enough to have made lots of edits but aren't admins. If you're at all interested in becoming an admin, can you please add an '*' immediately before your name in this list? I've suggested folks nominating someone might want to puruse this list, although there is certainly no guarantee anyone will ever look at it. Thanks. -- Rick Block (talk) June 28, 2005 04:16 (UTC)
[edit] Drum and bass
Hi, I noticed that you do a lot of work creating articles on drum and bass labels. I'm trying to start a Wikiproject to clean up and expand the coverage of this genre - take a look at my user page if you're interested. Cheers! illWill 5 July 2005 11:45 (UTC)
[edit] why a seperate Drive-Thru discography?
Hi, I noticed you moved the Drive-Thru release list to a seperate article. I was just wondering why you did this, because I felt it is kind of unnecessary. HarryCane 17:17, 19 July 2005 (UTC)
- Discographies are not very relevant in articles about record labels (IMHO), as they tell hardly anything about the history of a label. A second reason would be that this can add alot of bloat to articles (imagine someone adding a discography of EMI ;) But as I can understand that some people are interested in reading discograhies I moved it to another document which can be edited as needed. warpozio 10:41, 20 July 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Rykodisc
Just curious what you meant in the Rykodisc article by "In 2001 their ways parted." Could you be a bit more specific? Thanks -- Dave C. 03:59, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
- From what I've read Chris Blackwell is no longer linked with Rykodisc. warpozio 09:50, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Record labels
Wikipedia has a strict rule about not simultaneously filing an article in both a parent category and a subcategory of the same parent. Could you please not add Category:Record labels to a category if it's already in Category:Independent record labels, Category:Defunct record labels or a country-specific record labels category? Bearcat 19:55, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] List of independent UK record labels
Hi - Could you explain why you've been deleting some of the town references from List of independent UK record labels? I was putting some effort in yesterday to adding that info, so the page would be useful. mcld 21:07, 17 October 2005 (UTC)
- I've deleted them because the information is already stated in the article itself. The lists of record labels (List of jungle and drum n bass record labels, List of independent record labels, List of electronic music record labels & List of record labels) all use this same format, if the article is still red-linked then additionional information (website, location, ...) can be placed in the list, otherwise that information is moved to the article itself. It is nothing personal ;). warpozio 06:28, 18 October 2005 (UTC)
- OK, thanks, I see your logic. Personally I think it's particularly useful to have the town info listed - so that someone who wants to know (e.g.) what are the indie record labels in Wales, or Yorkshire, they can glance down the list of towns. Any merit in that? mcld 21:38, 18 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Why did you edit my article on Beserkley Records?
First, the label is defunct... that is why I had it past tense. Secondly, though there are separate articles on The Modern Lovers and their leader, I put the "&" in there to reflect that he was a part of that band, and in fact, that was the name of the act for awhile.
- Sorry that wasn't very clear to me. If the label is defunct, then it is best to apply the category "defunct label". As no end date was stated nor the defunct category was used it seemed like a typo. warpozio 23:00, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
-
- No problem. I don't categorize sometimes. I did add some info on the article, so hopefully that helped. Keep up the good work.Neanderthalprimadonna 13:03, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Corpus Christi Records
Hi Warpozio. Why did you remove the discography from the page? If I formatted the page incorrectly or there is a reason not to post a discography (I have seen them on many other labels) then I would appreciate your pointing me to some templates or existing pages which I can copy. I think the discography is relevant and intend to start pages for some of the bands from there....? Thanks! Savage Pink 12:49, 25 November 2005 (UTC)
- I would put that discography in a seperate document. warpozio 10:33, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Equal Vision Records
Hi there. Just wondering why you've edited the Equal Vision Records article from "record label" to "independent record label". Surely a member of the RIAA cannot be considered an independent label? Al Ninio 01:00, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
- Well, it is listed in List of independent record labels, therefore I edited the article to reflect that. warpozio 10:32, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] spinART Records
Hey! I've noticed you do work on record labels, something I wish I could do more on but know next-to-nothing of most of the time. I'm having an issue finding any sort of historical information on spinART Records. Do you know of anything that could be added? Thanks in advance, regardless of if you can offer anything. --badlydrawnjeff 17:12, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
- A lot of information can be found on the net of in books (eg. "The A-Z of record labels" by Brian Southall). warpozio 18:14, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Neurofunk origins and artists
There are two different points of view about the neurofunk subgenre of drum'n'bass. The first is that neurofunk was originated by the Audio Blueprint label. According to this point of view, neurofunk artists are Stakka & Skynet, Teebee, Photek, Black Sun Empire, Gridlok, etc. The second is that neurofunk was originated by Ed Rush and Optical (Virus Recordings label), and that other artists are Cause 4 Concern, Mayhem, Noisia, Phace, Matrix, etc. Please cite sources on the neurofunk talk page to support any arguments. — Anrie Nord 2006-01-31 15:28Z

[edit] VWN en WCN
Beste Warpozio,

[edit] Summaries
When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labelled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
When you leave the edit summary blank, some of your edits could be mistaken for vandalism and may be reverted, so please always briefly summarize your edits, especially when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.

WikiProject The Beatles Newsletter Issue 1 - May 2006 |
||
|
Welcome to the inaugural issue of The Beatles WikiProject's newsletter! We hope that this newsletter will help members—especially those who may be unable to keep up with some of the rapid developments that tend to occur—find new things to do within the project that they may wish to participate in. Please consider this inital issue to be a prototype; as always, any comments and suggestions are quite welcome. We would like to emphasise that this is a collaborative Project and all editors are equal - so next month the newsletter editor might be you! kingboyk, LessHeard vanU and Lar |

The Project has got off to a great start but we really need your help to keep it going. Here's a few things you can do:

[edit] See alsos
Hi... I don't think it's a good idea adding "List of xxx label" entries to See Also sections in articles. Why would somebody reading about, say, Rough Trade want to see a list of record labels? And, if they did want such a thing, why not just click on the category at the bottom of the article?
That said... if you are gonna do a large number of semi-mechanical edits, have a look at AWB. It's a real time saver. --kingboyk 16:04, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Page Blanking
On 8-May, you blanked Heritage Records. Blanking pages is generally considered a bad idea. I agree that the original redirect was wrong, but instead of blanking, you should find an alternate target or follow the redirect portion of the deletion procedures. I have redirected this article to BMG Heritage Records which seems a suitable traget. If you have questions, please let me know. Thanks! -- JLaTondre 01:33, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Credential Recordings
I am wondering why you added this record label to Category:British record labels. The record label is stationed in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. ??? -EdGl 00:43, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- My mistake, I changed it to Category:American record labels. warpozio 09:27, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Haha, at first I was thinking "hmm, maybe there's a town called Nashville in the UK somewhere and that's how he got confused." Thanks for the fix. -EdGl 01:03, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

The matter of the article History of the Beatles and the History section of the main article The Beatles continues to concern various editors, including DavidWBrooks and Vera, Chuck & Dave. Suggestions, comments, or help with the task would be much appreciated.
The Beatles have been in the real world news recently, but work on The Beatles Project continues as before. This newsletter keeps you up-to-date with what has been happening with the project and, perhaps more importantly, what needs to be done (see the "Issue of the Month" above and the "To Do List" below-left). If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy! Lastly, this is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue (Issue 003 – July 2006). The lead article of the Project recently lost its FA status, and now some of the other articles are being reviewed. Citations and references within articles are again the major concern. Contributors who have literature (books, magazines, links, etc.) are especially needed to provide the necessary citations. It is not enough for editors to know the facts; they need to be backed up by other sources. All help, both within the articles and the discussion, would be appreciated.

Again, the issue of the month is inline citations. A Day in the Life, A Hard Day's Night (song), and Get Back have all been defeatured, as they failed to satisfy criterion 1(c) of What is a featured article?, and other song FAs are due for the chopping block. Inline citations are an important aspect of articles—they ensure verifiability and reliability, and they remove original research. Additionally, they give readers the option to read the original source material and view it within context. Basically:
|
Wherever possible, editors should help to trim down on list-like prose within Beatles articles. They should convert list-like sections into fluent, cohesive prose which ties an article's sections together. Lists make articles disjointed, awkward, and difficult to read. Be sure to take part in the Featured Article drive, and don't forget those inline citations! If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy! [edit] Breakbeat Science
I don't think that you were the originator of the copyvio (it was an unregistered user back in 2004 who first did it, and the user could have been from the label itself), but you should have caught it; anyway, the article on Breakbeat Science also flagrantly violated NPOV and was more than three years out-of-date (I could tell because it mentioned Breakbeat Science Exercise.01 as the most recent release and Billion Dollar Gravy as an upcoming release by London Elektricity, when in reality there are at least 4 releases in the Exercise series and London Elektricity has since released a new album. Then again, the "about us" part of the site hasn't been updated since 2003 either.
I certainly hope that you can get some people to improve this article and update it; I love drum+bass, and the Breakbeat Science article doesn't do the label justice.

Wikipedia's standards are improving all the time, with the result that many articles in The Beatles Wikiproject are being nominated for review of their FA and GA status - and many are losing that accolade. It is difficult, with such a large number of articles and the ease with which editors may make changes which are detrimental, to maintain the standard of articles, let alone improve them. As ever, members efforts are both appreciated and needed to keep the Project on course.
|
If one is to be mercenary about the subject, it should be noted that Paul McCartney is going to be more noteworthy than usual in the near future as his divorce case comes to court. In that case it is great to note that a small group of Project Members (plus another individual who does not feel compelled to register himself despite important contributions) have worked very hard, and in an atmosphere of good humour, to take the McCartney piece to a succesful Good Article nomination. Perhaps this is the method to use for future articles, a small dedicated team concentrating on one subject at a time. Of course, all members are invited to join any existing group or even go about forming their own. Please note any such action in the Project Log. If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy! Lastly, this is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue (Issue 009 – January 2007). Any and all contributions are welcome. The question of capitalising of the letter "t" in The of The Beatles has been raised again. It appears that UK style references (here and here) also maintains that the letter should be in lower case. If the Project is to be appear professional then it may have to change the format. Polite discussion is invited at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject The Beatles/Policy. If possible, please provide sources/references to support your position.
It has been a fairly quiet time with regard to the Project (or at least that is how it seems). If you are reading this and wondering why your efforts in respect of a Beatles article has not been mentioned, it may be that you haven't told any editor. This is your Newsletter, which means you can contribute to it, so please do! If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. Hi there!!!!
This may be the LAST The Beatles project newsletter you receive!
Why? Because we believe you are inactive or possibly inactive. If you want to move yourself back to active, and get copies going forward, please remove your name from Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles/Outreach/Newsletter/PossiblyInactive and add yourself to Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles/Outreach/Newsletter/Active. Thanks for your interest in the project. This may be the last notice you will receive, it depends on whim. ++Larbot - run by User:Lar - t/c 20:48, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] April 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Unfortunately, an article you recently created, Outbreak Records (US), may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new articles, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do and please read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 15:42, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- This message may seem a little awkward. I just put tagged it because it is very short and fails to assert the importance of the subject. If the record label is notable, please just place hangon on the page and explain why. -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 15:45, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- I also tagged your article Outbreak Records (UK). -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 15:48, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] EMI and EMI Records
Re: your edit to the Stateside Records article, EMI is a record company. EMI Records is a record label owned by EMI. The article stated that Stateside was phased out in favour of the EMI Records label. Your edit directed the link to the EMI company article. So I reverted the edit so it links back to the EMI Records label. Steelbeard1 12:55, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Acquirecover.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Acquirecover.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 13:33, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Acquirecover.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Acquirecover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 09:37, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AfD nomination of List of 10 Kilo Records artists
I've nominated List of 10 Kilo Records artists, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that List of 10 Kilo Records artists satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of 10 Kilo Records artists and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of List of 10 Kilo Records artists during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. -- SteinbDJ · talk · contributions 18:58, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Notability of Internet Top 100 Games List
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Internet Top 100 Games List, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Internet Top 100 Games List is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Internet Top 100 Games List, please affix the template hangon to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. [edit] AfD nomination of A&D Records
A&D Records, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that A&D Records satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/A&D Records and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of A&D Records during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. [edit] Polyvinyl Record Co.
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Polyvinyl Record Co., suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the dated prod
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add db-author
to the top of Polyvinyl Record Co.. Zytsef (talk) 04:53, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Porpoise Records
Another editor has added the prod

Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the prod
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 04:00, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Could you please copyedit Experiment (game) and also add some citations to make it notable? This will safeguard its deletion at a later date. Also, could you find a way to de-orphan it? Thanks! Kingturtle (talk) 21:06, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
