Wikipedia is a free-content encyclopedia written in 250 languages by thousands of users like you and me from all walks of life. As a member of the Welcoming Committee, I would like to say thanks for being a part of this project.
Here are some links to help you, the new user, on your Wikipedia journey: Whether you're new to the project or have helped us for a while, remember to use edit summaries when you're done with a page. Summaries are important because, with those, other editors will understand what you have done with the content. REMEMBER: think twice before clicking "Save page" below the editing box, since whatever you write in the summary box will permamently go in the history of any page. (Spellchecking is important; you cannot change the summary data after you have finished editing.) Remember, also, to sign your name with four tildes (~~~~) or by pressing this button () above the box, whenever leaving comments on talk pages. If you want to know how you're doing on Wikipedia, feel free to check out your list of contributions. If you don't know how to do something, type {{helpme}} on your talk page, and administrators will come to solve your problems. After you've stayed here for a while, you might want to take an editor review, or, even better, take a chance at adminship. Wherever the journey takes you, I wish you the best of luck and respect on Wikipedia. If you have any questions about my expertise or this site, you can e-mail me or talk to me, and I will see about the situation as best as possible. In the meantime, happy editing! |

[edit] Flame test reversion
That stuff doesn't belong on the talk page, although that kind of stuff might. The IP editor looked at the Answers.com mirror of our content and like any bad researcher didn't bother to look at the sources. Obviously Wikipedia must have copied it from somewhere. Ha! Wikipedia:Forks and mirrors, baby. Ain't nothing but forks and mirrors. Sorry, I got carried away with potential song lyrics.—WAvegetarian•(talk) 22:56, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made to KUWAIZAIR
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Warlordwolf! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule \.photobucket\.com\/, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was intended to promote a site you own, are affiliated with, or will make money from inclusion in Wikipedia, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Shadowbot 23:52, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Why?
Why is The Unforgiven Brothers on speedily delete, it's just a realitivtly new band, in a small town no one knows about. It's completely 100% true, I assure you that.
That's not my problem no one has any good taste, if you people have a thingy (I read it, it's totally strange) saying the band has to be at least well known in some part of the world, then no new talent will come, no one will find out about it, untill I call them, and then it'll take for ever to make an appointment, if you would let the article stay, maybe it will rach the sirtrea thing, it will someday, but it hasn't yet. [edit] WP:AIV Request
Thank you for making a report about 66.82.9.69 (talk · contribs · block log) on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators are generally only able to block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. If this user continues to vandalize even after their final warning, please report them to the AIV noticeboard again. No evidence of recent vandalism by 66.82.9.69. Final warning was from October 2006 -- wrp103 (Bill Pringle) (Talk) 02:44, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
