[edit] The name "war bonnet"

When this article is revised and "wikified", it might be good to mention that the term war bonnet is not a translation of any Native American term, seems to have been carelessly coined, and is somewhat misleading. The so-called war bonnet is obviously not meant to be worn in combat, but on strictly ceremonial and formal occasions (as the article makes clear).
