[edit] Copyright

The image description reads: "He kept the images to himself until 1982 when he met Guenther Schwarberg, a reporter for "Der Stern" magazine, who interviewed him and facilitated the publication of some of his images in 1988" However, the copyright notice says: "This work is in the public domain in the United States because it was first published in the United States without copyright notice prior to 1978, which causes the work to be irrevocably in the Public Domain." If the images were first published in 1988, Germany, how could this one be published in the United States prior to 1978? Seems like a contradiction to me. Puchiko 12:58, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

My above post can be ignored as the image is now fair use. Puchiko (Talk-email) 21:49, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
