Found on http://wandsandworlds.com/community/node/1301#comment-30391 Is apparently a photo of Warrior's Refuge cover taken by an unknown person. Kate Cary (An Erin Hunter)has verified the image on http://www.theguttersnipe.co.uk/

Since it is a book cover that will be used in that book's article it qualifies as fair use.
