Wang Liu Mei (王留美?) is a fictional character in the Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam 00.
She is voiced by Kei Shindo.

Being a very sociable person often going to many high class parties, she is very talkative and is always anxious to report on the activity of Celestial Being. Following procedures very directly, she never hesitates to report of any unexpected or any awkward activity even among members of Celestial Being itself to Sumeragi Lee Noriega.
Wang Liu Mei is a popular and beautiful celebrity, whose name is well-known in the high society of the world, and is one of the secret agents of Celestial Being. She uses her wide social connections to conduct espionage activities and fund raising. She also passes mission details to the Gundam Meisters supporting Ptolemaios from the shadows. Liu-Mei seems to harbor an extreme disgust with the world, and has stated that if the world cannot be changed, it should be destroyed. She has also supported Team Trinity from the shadows. Also, as shown in Episode 25, she somewhat took in an orphaned Nena Trinity, who approached her after her brothers were killed.
Four years later, in a Celestial Being asteroid base, both she and Hong Long (with Nena Trinity inside the Trinity Mothership) were shown along with Ian Vasty, where in she asks Ian Vasty if he could show her the first generation unit which is the GN-000 0 Gundam, Ian mentioned that he removed the GN Drive from it and tested it with the 00 Gundam but it wasn't compatible and wonders if Gundam Exia's GN Drive will work as the 00 Gundam was barely visible inside the hangar, Wang Liu Mei believes that suit will be the one to change the world.
Although she claims to be a supporter of Celestial Being, her vision clearly differentiates from that of Aeolia Schenberg as she does not strictly wish for a world without war, simply a changed world.
