Wandong, Victoria is a town 50 kilometres north of Melbourne on the Hume Highway. It is located right next to the town of Heathcote Junction, and at the 2001 census, the two towns had a population of 1,370.[1]. The main centre nearest Wandong is Kilmore.
Nearby is the L.B. Davern Nature Reserve, and Wandong is home to the Wandong Country Music Festival.
The town has its own railway station on the Albury-Wodonga and Shepparton railway lines.
