IMDb profile

Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired is a 2008 documentary film directed by Marina Zenovich.

It is scheduled to compete in the Documentary Competition at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.[1]

The film claims that a judge has stated that Polanski will not face custody if he returns to the U.S. and it also claims that the judge only set one condition that the sentencing hearing be televised. However, Los Angeles Superior Court officials have described the claim as "This assertion concerning televising of the sentencing hearing is a complete fabrication, entirely without any basis in fact and completely unsupported by the court record."[2]
