Walter Scott Palmer (born October 23, 1968, in Ithaca, New York) is an American former professional basketball player who was selected by the Utah Jazz in the 2nd round (33rd overall) of the 1990 NBA Draft. A 7'1" center from Dartmouth College, Palmer played two years in the NBA for the Jazz and Dallas Mavericks. In his NBA career, he appeared in a total of 48 games and averaged 2.1 ppg.
