"Walking Away" is a track by Craig David on his album Born to Do It. It reached number one in New Zealand and became the number one song of 2001, according to the RIANZ Singles Chart, combining both sales and airplay.

Craig David uses powerful lyrics in his songs. He talks about walking away from his girlfriend who has no trust in him, it may also be interpreted as a person who has heavy discontent with his environment and feels out of place and is moving away.

The music video shows Craig with his girlfriend in a car where she is seen yelling at him. He turns on the radio and the beat starts. He then gets out of the car and the landscape continually changes showing different places.

The single reached number three on the UK singles chart, spending thirteen weeks inside the top 75. It was the last Billboard Hot 100 single in the U.S. thus far.
