Wales and West News & Sport is an agency that provides news and sport coverage for Newport, Cardiff, Swansea and across the Second Severn Crossing into Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and throughout the West Country.
Under owner Gary Baker, the agency is independent and provides news and sports coverage over both sides of the Severn Bridge.
The agency provides news and sports copy to many national publications such The Sun, Sunday Express and News of the World along with Welsh and as Welsh newspapers like the South Wales Echo, Western Mail, South Wales Evening Post, South Wales Argus and North Wales Daily Post along with West Country media such as the Western Daily Press, Bath Chronicle, Gloucester Citizen and Western Morning News.
Sports covered includes rugby union, rugby league, golf, athletics, snooker, triathlon and many more.

Wales and West News and Sport was established by Gary Baker, a Welsh journalist with 20 years of experience of writing on news, sport and features for Welsh and West Country newspapers.
His sports writing took him to the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, one of the few Welsh sports writers to be at the events.
Wales and West has now expand its presence on the internet to introduce walesandwest.com to the internet last year which provides news, sport, features and other articles and information of interest.
