Waldorf & Cecil

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Waldorf and Cecil, were twin characters in The Eagle.

They were portrayed as itinerant tramps, sometimes taking short-term jobs to pay their way. These jobs usually led to comic adventures, from which they quickly moved on. Cecil was portrayed as a young boy and his companion Waldorf as a more mature man, well-educated but now down on his luck. They both were well-spoken, clearly quite intelligent and quick-witted, with gourmet tastes in food.
