WALC-FM also known as "100.5 The Drive" is an Adult Alternative radio station located in Charleston, South Carolina. The station is licensed by the FCC to broadcast with 17.5 kW on 100.5 FM. WALC-FM remains the only Alternative music format in the Charleston area after 96 Wave flipped to Adult Hits 96.1 Chuck FM. Most of Wave's music can be found here.

100.5 signed on as WSUY on April 4th, 1990, adopting a light Adult Contemporary format as "Sunny 100.5". This lasted until late 1997 when the station shifted toward Modern AC as "Alice @ 100.5 under the WLLC call letters. It became WALC with the same format less than a year letter. By 2001, the station had shifted toward more of a traditional Hot Adult Contemporary outlet.

In 2004, the station flipped to Adult Album Alternative as "100.5 The Drive". The station is owned by Clear Channel Communications.

WALC broadcasts an Dance substation on 100.5 HD-2 (HD Radio needed).
