[edit] Images, simplified version. :)

First you'll need to upload the image at Wikipedia:Upload, click what fits your image and apply the license that fits the image your uploading. Then, if your image is a non-free or fair use image, put a fair use rational on the image page. (Go here to find out more on fair use rationals WP:FURG.) Then you'll need to put the image on the page of your choice. Here's how: if you wanted to put the image Image:Example.png on the article Example then you would put it on the page like this [[Image:Example.png|thumb]] and it will look like this on the page:

Here is how you put userboxes on your page. First your gonna want to put {{Userboxtop|Name it whatever you want to here}} And then put the userboxes you want to after it and then put {{Userboxbottom}}. Here is how you would put {{User contrib|50}} on your user page:

Also, I think I have some concerns regarding your username. It seems to be a random string of letters, a bit on the longish side (which makes it difficult for others to remember it). You might wanna consider changing it. You would retain your edit history. If you wanna retain it, this might get pointed out from time to time.
