[edit] German or American?
I see the link to German architects as category, But since he was also a US citizen he was an American architect. Technically he was a US architect, though most US people still think of themselves as American. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Brosi (talk • contribs) 03:06, 20 December 2006 (UTC).
- Technically he was a German-born architect who emigrated to England, then moved to the United States and became a citizen, continuing to work as an architect. Whether he considered himself German or American is not a simple question, as with many of his fellow emigrants. --Fixifex 17:41, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
It is also quite amazing that we are missing any information on his training. That's really a problem.Fixifex 17:41, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Herbert Bayer
I'm new to this, but I noticed a typo in the article.
Typo: Herbert Bayer's name is misspelled in the article as Herbet Bayer. See below.
"It was this academy which Gropius transformed into the world famous Bauhaus, attracting a faculty which included Paul Klee, Johannes Itten, Josef Albers, Herbet Bayer, László Moholy-Nagy, Otto Bartning and Wassily Kandinsky."

- I agree. I deleted it, then someone added it again. I am deleting it again. Stop salivating over Google, people. A search engine mentioning someone's birthday is not notable. The person is notable, not the mention of him. CGameProgrammer (talk) 19:14, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
