The only verification of the bona fides of this article is an external link. On clicking the link, the first thing you see is a price list. Thus it is, by any standards, a commercial link. The purpose of the article appears to be to provide internet connectivity for a commercial enterprise.

Incidentally, the project does not seem to address the ancestry of the vast majority people, who in fact are descended from peasants. LinguisticDemographer 11:35, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
