From the page on stubs, "[A] short article on a topic which has a very narrow scope may not be a stub. Another way to define a stub is an article so incomplete that an editor who knows little or nothing about the topic could improve its content after a superficial internet search or a few minutes in a reference library."

While more could certainly be said about the Waldo Tunnel, it's not clear what else could be added easily. More likely this is "a short article on a topic which has a very narrow scope." -Dmh 04:50, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Interchange status - category

The lanes leading into and out of the tunnel are called interchanges because the highway goes from a four lane highway (separated by a median) to two separate interchanges that enter the bore tunnels.

[edit] Unofficial?

The Caltrans bridge log uses this name. --NE2 16:54, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
