It is believed that because the photo above was released by the producers to promote the character of the show in the media, is intended to be freely distributed for use in articles about the show, it doesn't limit the copyright holders' ability to market the show in any medium, and is intended for informational use only and doesn't detract from the subject or their work any way, it is covered under fair use laws in the U.S. and can be used on Wikipedia.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.
